Congratulations to Vanessa B. for winning the final raffle of the teen summer reading program! This concludes our teen summer reading program, but you can still turn in your reading logs to the library. We will have awesome programs again in the fall, and don't worry-- I'll keep you posted on these.
Don't forget to come in and check out our new books-- we get new ones every day because the Gwinnet County Public Library is the greatest library in the world and we're always looking out for our spectacular teen readers! Huzzah! We are always happy to help any of you find something new to read!

Also, we had our final teen event of the summer on Wednesday, but don't worry-- we'll have more in the fall. As always, our programs are excellent and fascinating and so cool it's unbelievable--- so keep your eyes peeled for more.

New Event!

All right, it's that time again-- tomorrow we have a teen event taking place at the Five Forks branch! It's going to be a theater makeup workshop at 3:30. All you need to bring is your face. As always, there will be snacks and tons of fun, so don't miss out!

If you are looking for something good to read, we've got plenty of great stuff here. There's a new sequel to Touching Spirit Bear by Ben Mikaelson out now called Ghost of Spirit Bear. If you want something funny, try Louise Rennison. Her Confessions of Georgia Nicolson series is a riot. The first one is called Angus, Thongs, and Full Frontal Snogging. Her newest book will be available in the library soon as well. And of course, these books can be found in the very awesome Teen Scene section of your library.
